Provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use the platform for lawful learning, teaching, bookings, and related communication. If you are under the age of legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian should review your use of UniWay and any lesson arrangement. Teachers must be qualified for the services they offer and accurately describe their experience and availability.

Lesson details, availability, and access pass terms shown at booking govern that booking. A booking is confirmed only when the platform shows it as confirmed. If a teacher cannot provide a scheduled lesson, contact support to review the booking and available remedies. Promo codes and passes follow their displayed duration, lesson allowance, scope, and expiry. Do not sell or transfer a single-use code unless UniWay expressly allows it.

UniWay currently shows lesson prices and access terms but does not provide a general online checkout on this website. Payment, cancellation, and refund conditions must be disclosed before a paid arrangement. Contact support about disputed charges or lessons. We review the facts and applicable law.

Treat students, teachers, and staff respectfully. Do not harass others, share unlawful content, impersonate someone, spam, or use UniWay to obtain another person's sensitive information. Keep lesson communication appropriate for learning. Our chat and safety rules provide more detail.

You retain rights in materials you submit and permit UniWay to host, display, and process them to provide the service and review reported misuse. Do not upload material without permission. Some lessons may be recorded when indicated in the lesson interface; see our privacy policy for how lesson and message data is handled.

We may improve, pause, or discontinue features and restrict an account to protect users or respond to violations. We aim to give reasonable notice when a material change affects active lessons. You may request account assistance or closure through support.

We work to keep UniWay available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Uzbekistan law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Where required, material changes will be communicated through the website or another appropriate channel before they take effect.
